About the Role
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure team members meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Channel Development:
Identify and develop new sales channels and partnerships to expand market reach.
Negotiate and manage contracts with dealers and distributors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Forecast sales volumes and revenue projections for the region.
Product Promotion and Marketing:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Keep abreast of industry developments and provide ongoing training and support to ensure sales team's effectiveness.
Requirements
Min - 2 years of experience of E-Rickshaw Sales
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
