About the Role
Industrial Relations
Co-coordinating with inducted candidates to collect documents for joining formalities
On-boarding and structured induction for new employees,
Responsible for handling attendance, statutory compliances (PF/ ESI etc.) all through various applications/systems and filling of periodical returns/statements with all Statutory bodies in respect of the workers/employees of the company
Responsible for keeping a track of confirmation, appraisals
Responsible for grievance redressal
Responsible for handling all kind of licenses for the Factory
Maintaining HR MIS data monthly, quarterly, yearly
Responsible for conducting HR related activities, employee engagement, festival and birthday celebrations
Responsible for constant coordination with Head office regarding HR activities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR related works
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Sound knowledge in MS Excel.
Good communication skill and flexible.
Qualification
Graduation/Post Graduation
MBA is a Plus
