About the Role
Develop precise wallet patterns using Optitex CAD software.
Create and modify patterns for different wallet designs as per specifications.
Ensure accuracy in measurements, material consumption, and fit of the patterns.
Collaborate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to finalize designs.
Analyze and rectify technical issues in patterns for seamless production.
Maintain records of all patterns, specifications, and modifications.
Ensure pattern-making aligns with cost efficiency and production feasibility.
Provide guidance on material selection and cutting techniques.
Requirements
Age - 35Gender - MaleQualification - Graduate, Mandatory proficiency in Optitex CAD software, Experience in leather goods manufacturing (wallets, small accessories, etc.).Knowledge of costing, stitching, and finishing processes.No. of years of experience - 5 Years Computer Knowledge - YesMandatory proficiency in Optitex CAD software.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leather wallet pattern-making.Strong understanding of leather types, shrinkage factors, and construction techniques.Ability to create manual and digital patterns with precision.Experience in working with sampling and production teams.Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach.Mandatory proficiency in Optitex CAD software.
