About the Role
Assist in preparing detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQs for interior fit-out projects.
Support the development of cost estimates for tenders and design proposals.
Source and analyze supplier/subcontractor quotations and pricing.
Coordinate with the design and technical teams to understand scope and materials required.
Help prepare preliminary budgets and cost plans during the design development phase.
Update and maintain a database of materials, labor, and vendor prices.
Conduct market research on material costs, vendor pricing, and labor rates.
Assist in preparing bid submissions, tender documentation, and pricing sheets.
Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
Support the Senior Estimation Manager with cost reports and risk analysis.

Age - 35
Gender - Male
Qualification - Civil Engineering
No. of years of experience - 6 years
Computer Knowledge - Yes
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar).
Basic knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
