


About the Role
Lead and manage the estimation team for commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality interior projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other project documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure estimates align with design intent and execution feasibility.
Prepare and submit competitive and comprehensive bids/tenders.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes and negotiate optimal pricing.
Maintain an up-to-date database of costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
Perform risk analysis, cost control, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, supporting sales and business development teams.
Regularly update and review cost estimation procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain conditions that impact costing.

Computer Knowledge - Yes
Deep understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes
Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, AutoCAD, MS Excel).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
