Sales Executive for consumer lighting division in the assigned territory.
Handling the primary and secondaty sales for the territory as per plan.
Proper market coverage as per journey plan.
Expansion of the territory by adding newer outlets and opening channel partners and Ads wherever required
Achievement of targets by ensuring proper availability of products through primary billing and secondaries.
Implementing secondary schemes and other related data reporting
Tracking the competition strongly.
Ensuring proper market work through the SFA app.
Requirements

Qualification - Graduate - Full time (must)
No. of years of experience - 2-5 Years
Computer Knowledge - Yes
Primary & Secondary sales
The candidate must have experience of 3+ years as an SE in B2C Sales.
Team handling
Company on roll (must)
Non-food Company
Must have experience of having dealt with DISTRIBUTORS and must be making 20 + sales calls a day
Must have a solid grounding in distributor management, sales calls, sales productivity, product launches, claim management.
Must have area knowledge in the territory
